Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.

How to start a return or cancellation To exercise your right of withdrawal, visit your account at https://account.pawpathuk.com and submit a request through your Orders page. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Returning items You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Refunds We will refund the full order value, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of postage — whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or to custom/personalised items.
